14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

How to request

1. Email [email protected] with your account email and Stripe customer ID
2. We process within 5 business days
3. Refund credited to original payment method

After 14 days

No refunds for the remaining subscription period. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual subscriptions

The 14-day money-back applies to the initial purchase. For yearly renewals, you have 7 days from the renewal date to request a refund.

Trading losses

Refunds cover the subscription fee only. Losses incurred from trading on Polymarket are not refundable — see Terms of Service section 6.

EU consumer rights

EU consumers also benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the Service immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right may not apply after content/service has been provided.
