Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Polyradar (the "Service"), operated by Matto ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Polyradar is

Polyradar is a toolkit for analyzing data on Polymarket, building custom betting strategies, backtesting them on historical data, and optionally automating execution via the Polymarket CLOB API using the user's own wallet.

Polyradar is NOT:

• A financial advisor or investment service
• A signal provider promising profits
• A custodial wallet — your funds remain on-chain in your own wallet
• Affiliated with Polymarket Inc.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier: usage limits apply (1 strategy, 30-day backtest, paper trading only)
• Pro tier: €19/month or €190/year, auto-renewing
• Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card.
• You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice via email.

5. Auto-betting (Real mode)

When you enable real auto-betting:

• You connect your own Polymarket wallet by providing the private key, which is encrypted with AES-256 and used only to sign CLOB orders
• The Service places trades according to your own strategy rules
• You retain full custody and can disconnect the wallet at any time
• We do not control or guarantee the outcome of trades

6. NO FINANCIAL GUARANTEES

Trading on Polymarket involves risk of loss. Past performance, backtest results, and statistical edges shown in the Service do NOT guarantee future results. The Service provides tools and information; the decisions and trading results are entirely your own. You may lose all funds in your wallet. Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities (money laundering, market manipulation, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials
• Use the Service in jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyradar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days (except where required by law).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Intellectual property & data

The Polyradar name, software, user interface, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission. Market data shown in the Service is sourced from Polymarket's public APIs and provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy or availability; Polyradar is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket Inc.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
